Commercial Plan Review

The Village of Sauk City partners with E-Plan Exam for Commercial Plan Review.

Plans for most projects that would normally be submitted to the State of Wisconsin (DSPS) can be submitted through E-Plan Exam using the link below.

What to Expect

Who should submit: Designers/owners for Building, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler plans as applicable under SPS 361–366 and 380–387.
Completeness matters: Upload all required application forms, drawings. E-Plan Exam’s team will contact you regarding fees to begin review as well as verify that they have everything needed to do a review.
Typical timeline: E-Plan Exam guarantees 15 days turn around for any plan review from the date of a full and complete submission, including fee payment. For more information applicant Frequently Asked Questions can be found at this link.

Dog and Cat Licenses

Dog and cat licenses can be purchased at the Village Hall, 726 Water Street, Sauk City. Please bring proof of rabies certification. This is required before issuing a license.

Licenses are per calendar year and will have the late fee applied after April 1st.
Fees:
Neutered/Spayed - $10.00.

Unneutered/Unspayed - $15.00.
Late Fee - $5.00 extra after April 1st.
