Utility Payment Information
The following options are available for utility payments:
Online or Over the Phone Payment (Fee Applies)
PAY ONLINE-Payment Service Network
We offer an online payment option provided through Payment Service Network, Inc (PSN). You have the ability to make Visa, MasterCard Credit, and pin-less debit card payments. PSN charges a minimum $3.30 convenience fee for using this service. When you make an online payment, PSN uses fraud protection software to prevent unauthorized access to your credit card information, so your payment is secure and on time.
For PSN questions or customer service, please call 866-917-7368.
To pay by phone, call 877-885-7968.
For online payment, click the Pay Online link above. Please note that you will need your 7-digit utility customer account number. When entering your account number, do NOT include the decimal point before the last 2 digits.
Auto Pay (Free)
Sauk City Utilities gives you the option of having your monthly utility payment automatically withdrawn from either your checking or savings account. The direct withdrawal is FREE. If you would like to choose this option, sign up by returning the above form with a voided check to the Village Hall. Payments are withdrawn from your account on or around the 23rd of the month. If the 23rd falls on a Saturday, the amount will be taken out on Friday before. If the 23rd falls on a Sunday, the amount will be taken out on the following Monday.
Once signed up for Auto Pay, you'll still receive a bill each month to let you know how much will be taken out. The bill will say "Do Not Pay-Auto Payment" underneath the amount due.
